Residential Access Control - Transmitters Management
In order to accede the management of transmitters, the apartment concerned must be clicked on.
The transmitter allows the owner, according to the access rights granted him, to open the doors.
Addition of a Transmitter
In the part displaying the apartment attributes, you just have to change the desired number of transmitters of the apartment and then click "Validate". The Transmitters with the corresponding color appears with the label 'not encoded'.
Encoding
After having clicked "Validate" you can encode by pressing the matching button .
If the operation goes on successfully :
A window opens with a message that validates the encoding
The indication of loss of the transmitter is incremented
If an error was made during the encoding operation, please refer to the following table which includes the needed solutions :

| Erroneous transmitter type | Attention ! The transmitter laid on the encoder is not valid. Please lay a compatible transmitter. |

Modification
The transmitter informations can be modified at any time.
Attention! If you update the name or the
access right, re-encoding the transmitter is imperative for the informations in this transmitter to be valid.
Cancellation
To cancel a transmitter, you just have to decrease the number of the apartment's transmitters. A message will request you to confirm.
Search by Name 
Search by name allows you to directly find the apartment when you dispose of a resident's name only. Moreover, by ticking off the "Search in all sites" option, the managers of the largest patrimony can extend the search to all the buildings managed through Lagune.
