Residential Access Control - Tags Management
In order to accede Tags Management function, the apartment concerned must be clicked on.
The tag allows the owner, according to the access rights granted him, to open the doors.
Addition of a Tag
In the left part displaying the apartment, it is enough to change the number of tags in the apartment and then click "Validate". The tag with the corresponding color appears and it is not encoded.
Encoding
After having clicked "Validate" you can encode by pressing the button
If the operation goes on successfully :
A window opens with a message that validates the encoding
The indication of loss of the tag is incremented
If an error was made during the encoding operation, please refer to the following table which includes the needed solutions :

| Erroneous tag type | Attention ! The tag laid on the encoder is not available. Please lay a resident tag. |

Modification
The tag information can be modified at any time.
Attention! If you update the name or the access
right, re-encoding the tag is imperative for the information in this tag to be valid.
Cancellation
To cancel a tag, it is enough to decrease the number of the apartment's tags. A message will request you to confirm.
Automatic Encoding
The encoding of a whole set of tags can be carried out automatically, it is enough to click on icon 
The hardware will then ask you to lay the tags ones after the others, beginning with the first tag
of the first apartment and so on.
Search by Name 
Search by name allows you to directly find the apartment when you dispose of a resident's name only. Moreover, by ticking off the "Search in all sites" option, the managers of the largest patrimony can extend the search to all the buildings managed through LagunePX.
